Emirates recently launched its premium economy to offer luxury at an affordable price. And now it’s heading for a facelift of aircraft interiors to deliver improved customer service. About $2 billion has been invested in this project.
Emirates offers improved customer service
Emirates is spending more than $2 billion to improve the inflight traveler experience. This includes a major effort to update the interiors of over 120 aircraft. A range of other service improvements will also begin across all cabins in 2022. Emirates’ latest measures offer vegan dining, a ‘movie in the sky’ encounter, improved cabin interiors and greener options. Emirates is going against the grain and spending to give its customers ever better travel, as others in the industry cut costs.

Starting this month, travelers can take advantage of farm to fork, specialized hospitality training for cabin crew and new menus with vegan options. Stars like roast duck breast with orange thyme jus, steamed broccolini, fondant potatoes, pan-fried salmon trout with moqueca sauce and Creole rice. On September 1, the use of new menus will begin in business and economy class. Vegans and anyone looking for a nutritious, plant-based supper can enjoy artisanal gourmet dishes like sliced kohlrabi with a burnt orange garnish and roasted king oyster mushrooms.
Improved cabin interiors in all categories as part of the new initiative. To ensure customers travel confidently and efficiently during the outbreak, Emirates has rolled out additional services and initiatives. It included digital initiatives to boost customer journeys in the field. They are currently implementing multiple phases to enhance Emirates’ renowned in-flight experiences.
